Caltech-USC Theory Seminars

Our High Energy Physics Group, consisting of Professors Itzhak Bars, Dennis
Nemeschansky, Krzysztof Pilch, Hubert Saleur, and Nicholas Warner, began holding weekly
joint seminars in the Fall of '98 that alternate between Caltech and USC. Lunch is followed
by a talk and an informal discussion. Focus is on superstring theory and related topics. The
highlight of the series has been a talk presented by Edward Witten of the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton.
