After my PhD work on the AdS/CFT correspondence, I am now turning to problems at the interface between condensed matter physics and quantum information science. Specifically, I am studying the effect of quenching non-trivial quantum systems on the proliferation of quantum entanglement. In another project, I am investigating the propagation of neural signals across synapses. In particular, I am using optimization techniques to identify optimal parameter sets of neural models which best fit experimental data. |
